We are accredited to perform business valuations through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). As we have served on the AICPA’s Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) Committee, we have strategic partnerships and affiliations with the most recognized business valuation professionals in the country.

Merger & Acquisition Services: We assist sellers and buyers of businesses either though consultation or through representation all the way through the sales process. With our buy-side advisory, we develop a plan to identify potential acquisition targets and handle all of the preliminary contact, then assist in negotiations, financing, and closing of the transaction. With our sell-side advisory, we determine a valuation range for the business, then market the company to qualified potential buyers, before handling the negotiations and closing of the transaction.

Capital Raising & Structured Financings: We have established relationships with venture capital firms, mezzanine financiers, debt funds and other financial firms that can provide an array of capital options from short-term debt infusions to long-term equity stakes.

Business Analysis: We provide a financial and operational review of your business and use comparable industry metrics to help access strengths and weaknesses of the business operations. We will evaluate your unique business situation, identify problem areas and propose potential solutions.

Litigation Support: Using our financial and business acumen, we support litigation from a financial perspective. By uncovering the financial evidence and calculating the economic damages if necessary, we support the litigation team and can provide the financial expert witness testimony. For large litigation matters, we supplement our team with strategic partnerships providing turnkey document review services and comprehensive financial investigations.
